Trapster Push Notifications on iPhone
Turning notifications on and off
Trapster Push Notifications are the messages and "siren" sounds that appear even when you are not running the application. The iPhone keeps Push Notification settings in the same place for all apps, including Trapster. This is so that if you have, say, Trapster, AIM, AP, MobileMe and Yahoo, you don't have to open each app individually to enable and disable the notifications. See the screens below for information on how to find these settings.
Customizing places and times that notifications are sent
Trapster Push Notifications allow you to be alerted to live police, mobile speed camera/van, and checkpoint/roadblock traps in your vicinity, even when the Trapster app is not open on your iPhone. By default you will get notifications 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in a radius around the area where you last used Trapster. You can customize this at:
http://trapster.com/push
so that you only get notifications at specific times of day, for specific areas or routes that are relevant to you.

We highly recommend that you get a hands-free kit with car charger and dash mount like the one pictured below. Click the image to check pricing from Amazon, or get one at your mobile phone retail store.
